I'd ask if this was some kind of weird dream, but, kinda doubt that since my dreams don't get this fuckin' elaborate. Alongside the fact it isn't the first time I woke up some place different after dyin'. Is this gonna be a fuckin' trend in my life or what? What next, a land made of ice cream or some shit?

But, yeah, [He rubs the back of his neck thoughtfully. Far as I know now, havin' runnin' water is fuckin' fantastic, holy shit. Electricity- I didn't know how much I missed this shit until I woke up here. [He laughs easily at the thought.]

But yep, extra-dimensional turtle with a city on its back. Apparently, not everyone here is from the same reality. Heck, some people even started running into doppelgangers from other universes.

Oh and uh, don't expect to get many answers out of the locals. Anytime you ask 'em anything too specific, they just say "that's the emperor's business" and clam up. Kinda frustrating.

Oh, it can get weirder, depending on what you're used to.

Well, I was killin' demons with weird interests in fetish gear, so, yeah. Pretty weird if you ask me. We'll see how high it gets on the weird shit-o-meter.

Well, on a sliding scale of one-to-ten, about how familiar would you say you are with the concept of superheroes?

Because there's a lot of spandex around here, and not all of them with my spectacular fashion sense.
