It's been a long time since I had vacations - over a decade, probably. Please, someone tell me this much cold is not the norm here. I'm having flashbacks of a mission I had in Hoth years ago and I actually would like to keep all my fingers intact.

I'm also looking for a friend, we seem to be losing each other a lot lately...It's an astromech droid, a white an orange BB unit. It's terribly cute and it knows it. If you happen to see it, I'd appreciate a call.

[Though his time with the Rebellion had been brief, he knew how they worked out rank and mission codenames. Kota had been "Blackout" after all, a callsign that had been conferred to the Rogue Shadow when he flew it.]

[Galen clicks the video on for a moment, showing a man with closely-shorn hair, with the Rebel Starbird both on a patch on his own uniform, which looks more like something a Jedi would wear than a General, but also on a wool tapestry behind him. He clicks the video back off.]

The Rebellion's only a few years in as far as I know. You must be from the same time as Rey and Ren, which is the future to me. By your uniform, I'd guess you're a pilot?

[Well, this is just rich. Hux hasn't decided just how annoyed he is about Poe Dameron apparently being here too, but it definitely is the cherry on top of the cake of aggravating things.

He has plenty to say to Dameron, but rather than being direct about it, he decides to borrow Rey's handset--and she's not aware she's missing it at the moment. As he types, he's doing so in a manner that he perceives to be more-Rey like. Or if anything, not-Hux-like.]

Oh, no, I see the confusion. Its name is Beebee-Ate, because he's that model of astromech. Have you never heard of them? It behaves a bit childish on occasion, though.
