You could look around the different sectors for a job that suits you. On the Fire Sector they are often hiring but it can be a bit dangerous to work there. On the Welcome Center they also keep a list of kedan shops that are hiring Foreigners.

Because... [Tony looks perplexed. 'Employment' is not a concept he's ever had to explain before.] ...if you want to get paid for something, you shouldn't do it for free. If people know you'll do it whether they pay you or not, they'll just take advantage of you and never pay you.

And having a job isn't... you don't just do it until you have the money you need right now. You do it so you have a consistent source of income. Then you can plan your expenses ahead of time and keep some money saved up for emergencies.
