Lately I've had a lot of time to think, and there is something I have been wondering about. We get to meet people from other worlds, or people who are dead to us, but there is no stability to the bonds built here. Foreigners are randomly brought to this place and taken away.

Yet some of us have been here for years, they watched many come and go. How do you go about this? I dislike the uncertainty. You can't plan for anything.

It isn't easy. I, too, dislike the uncertainty. It took me a while to learn there are some things we just can't control...no matter how much we want to.

I see no difference to what happens in this world than what happens in life. People are born, they live, and then die. It matters not to the fates when they die.

Here, at least, it seems as though there is some hope they might live on when they return. In many cases, this world of Konryu seems kinder.

It is also a place which encourages weaknesses which you would normally not permit yourself, due to the nature of being pulled out of your familiar life, and being robbed of your purpose and place in the galaxy.

Whether this place is kinder depends on the fate awaiting people when they return.
