I'm going to need someone to explain the metrics of this place without mentioning the giant turtle. Before you ask; yes, I have seen it. Though seeing it does little to convince me of its authenticity. I'd never get very far if I took everything at face value.
That being said, Discussions on Science and verifiable facts only. if you intend to talk magic don't bother responding. Your input isn't needed.

Excellent, so let's start with this-it's already been somewhat explained to me by the natives but I want to hear, in your words-where is this place? The back of a giant turtle, so I'm told but where is it?

[Raine has long been familiar with detectives.]
Currently, Tu Vishan -- the turtle -- is resting adjacent to a continent called Ioa Elanag, which is some ways in the north of this planet. Typically, Tu Vishan swims according to his whims, following the currents of the oceans. This world is called Konryu; it seems to exist in such a way that all of our disparate worlds can connect to it, despite not being connected to each other. Metaphysically, think of it as the center of a wheel, perhaps, save on a much grander scale.
Does that begin to answer your question?

The turtle then, it just swims about as it pleases? Does it ever eat anything, sleep, dive underwater?

Tu Vishan travels at his whim, yes. I'm told that some time before I came here, he did dive once. At the time there was a shielding system to protect the city; I don't know if that still exists, but he hasn't shown any inclination to repeat the behavior. He does sleep, and has only recently woken up. I haven't personally witnessed eating, but he must come by energy somehow. However, given that he survived comatose for several months without other evident support, it's possible he draws his nutrition from elsewhere.

I see. I suppose they have a library of sorts here. Any detailed history books?
