Something was brought to my attention recently.  I can't believe I didn't think of it sooner, but it could be really important.

Allergies.

Is there anyone here who has them?  Of things from home, or maybe of something you've realized you're allergic to here.  Plants...food...metals...I'm curious to know.

I've heard of Wolfsbane. I know it's some kind of dangerous flower...poisonous, I think...but I've never actually seen it before.

It is poisonous, yes. It's a beautiful flower, but dangerous. I don't believe they have an equivalent here.

That's probably for the best.

There's already at least one type of plant here that could be made into a poison if the person using it knew what they were doing. Depending on that person, that's at least one too many.

The only reason I'm even learning is in hopes of finding any potential antidotes to them.

Oh, I'm sure they do. But I've only been studying for a few months. There's still a lot for me to learn.

And the best way to learn, for me, is to ask.

I already am. But she's not always available for questions all the time. And they only know about common kedan allergies.
There's nothing wrong with getting more points of view from people from different worlds.

There's already been several people responding, some of them talking about things I hadn't heard about before.

Even if they don't, I'd very much like to know.

It is interesting that the subject hasn't come up much before now. I wonder if it's not something that's very common among kedan, or if they just never saw a reason to talk about it. I certainly can't think of anyone having a major attack.

Doesn't that seem...I don't know...a little personal? Some people can be sensitive when talking about how they raise their families.
