it's taken her a while before she decided to actually sit down and use the computer in her suite, because it feels so- dumb. she never used social media at home, and she's glad for it, because none of it mattered once the virus took over. more to the point, where are all the zombies in this place? crowds of people ( or whatever those mutated human-ish people were ) and none of them were carrying guns or looking to make a meal out of her. which, for some reason, makes her feel more nervous than when she and Little Rock had to search the supermarket for food. it made no sense. none of this makes sense.

so when she turns on her broadcast, she looks a little peeved, dark bangs covering dark eyes, her mouth pressed into a line.

truth is, she's panicking. but like hell is she going to let anybody know that. she has a million questions about this place, but first things first: ]

I'm looking for my sister. If I'm here, she's here. It's how things work. [ at least, it better be. she's going to be livid if she finds out she's been split up from her sister, even if Zombieland is on pause while she's here. ] She'll be going by the name 'Little Rock', or maybe 'Hannah Montana'. Also, there's a good chance she picked your wallet off of you while feeding you some sob story about being lost and scared. If you help me find her, I'll make sure she gives it back.

[There's a surprising amount of patience to the way he replies to this. Jim actually likes being a teacher, and can (sometimes) successfully shed his ego to do it.]

How many floors? Each Sector's got three building variants, one through three floors, and each of them are labelled in a weird alphanumerical system. The floor level is the number, the building number is A, B, C, etc, depending on which building it is in sequence. Make sense?

[ tiiiny bit of a pause, just because she knows where her room is, sure, she knows the 'address', she just doesn't know where it lies in relation to anything else, really ]

and maybe she's a little bit into battle scars, but she sucks in a ( not-so ) pitying breath through her teeth once he's close enough for her to get a good look at his nose, brow furrowing a bit.

also yeah, she's assuming this is Jim Kirk, because nobody else has approached her with any sort of purpose since she got out here. but he's looking for her, acknowledges her. that's proof enough.

Hola, Cap. Should I be worried about being seen with you in public? I'd rather not be the next victim to the guy that did that.
