[The mention of teams being a simple fantasy wasn't improving Korra's mood, but when Aisha mentioned her parents the young Avatar froze. The question posed was rhetorical and pierced Korra's ire.]

...I'm sorry. I-I didn't know. [As usual, Korra assumed everyone had wonderful parents like hers that were still alive, well, and supportive.]

Six? [Four years of age was her introduction to Avatar training, but it's not actual, life or death war.] Why would you even want to go to war now?

[The words "That's a sad life." die on the tip of her tongue, not able to reach her lips. After thinking of the things Aisha said earlier, Korra knew when she was beating a dead ostrich-horse. Her heart felt heavier than usual and the 'little girl' comment didn't even get a rise out of her.]
