I'm also looking for my mom. I was with her before I came here, and she was hurt. She needs help. Her name is Rio Morales.

I can't guarantee that your mother will be all right, but it looks to me like you've done the best you can for her, for now. Believe in the doctors and in her. We'll find a way to get you back.

Well, better than asking the locals. Us outsiders tend to help each other out. Well, most of us, anyway. There's a few Scrooges in the mix, but they're easy enough to spot.

[Yeah, as much as he'd really like to help with the sewing, Spider-Man isn't supposed to be that useful with it. And the only reason he's responding in the Spider-Man persona at all is that...well, the kid looked like he could use a confidence boost. Badly. And if he was lucky, really lucky, the kid might recognize him. Or one of the who-knows-how-many other Spider-Mans, and he'd be enough for a short-term morale boost.]

Anyway. Try not to worry about your mom. I know it's hard not to, but while you're here, time works a little different. Take it from somebody who's seen the same person show up a bunch of times, from different times. Most of 'em don't remember the trip, and if they did, they sure didn't say anything about their Turtle Vacation messing anything up.

[And now he's getting rambly. This is not the motivational speech he was going for.]

Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that whenever we find a way to get you and everyone else back where they belong, everything'll be just like it was when you left. But hey, for what it's worth? You're taking this a heck of a lot better than I would've at your age.
