[The video opens on a young black teen in local-looking garb. He has a bundle of black and red fabric in his lap.]
Um, hey. So I guess this is the best way to ask questions? Like a live Yelp or Yahoo answers or something? Basically I need a seamstress or someone who can fix my... clothes that I came in which are pretty torn up. Someone who is like, private or something. I... [He takes a deep breath. It's clear he's torn up about something, maybe even has been crying.]
I'm also looking for my mom. I was with her before I came here, and she was hurt. She needs help. Her name is Rio Morales.
Yeah. That's what I need to know. Thanks. [And he ends the feed.]

Time stops back home while you're here; you don't have to worry about her condition worsening while you're gone. But I know it's not much comfort.

I can have a look at your clothes. I'm no seamstress but I've been known to be handy for mending.
Video;
Could you? That'd be cool.

Hey, kid. I can show you how to sew for yourself, if you want. [ You wouldn't believe how long he had to park his butt in front of YouYube video tutorials because he didn't want his Aunt May asking why he needed to learn how to stitch up torn spandex costumes. ]

I know a few kedan who can do the work without asking questions, if you still need the assist.
[And as for that last part... well, he's seen the other answers people have provided, and seen that Miles and his mother were already at the hospital.]
I can't guarantee that your mother will be all right, but it looks to me like you've done the best you can for her, for now. Believe in the doctors and in her. We'll find a way to get you back.
Re: video; Avengers encryption
Thanks, but, I think I found somebody.
[A pause, then] Do you know who I am?

[Yeah, as much as he'd really like to help with the sewing, Spider-Man isn't supposed to be that useful with it. And the only reason he's responding in the Spider-Man persona at all is that...well, the kid looked like he could use a confidence boost. Badly. And if he was lucky, really lucky, the kid might recognize him. Or one of the who-knows-how-many other Spider-Mans, and he'd be enough for a short-term morale boost.]
Anyway. Try not to worry about your mom. I know it's hard not to, but while you're here, time works a little different. Take it from somebody who's seen the same person show up a bunch of times, from different times. Most of 'em don't remember the trip, and if they did, they sure didn't say anything about their Turtle Vacation messing anything up.
[And now he's getting rambly. This is not the motivational speech he was going for.]
Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that whenever we find a way to get you and everyone else back where they belong, everything'll be just like it was when you left. But hey, for what it's worth? You're taking this a heck of a lot better than I would've at your age.
[YEAH, ALL THREE YEARS AGO. Well, maybe coming close to four now, assuming it was possible to age here.]
Re: [Video] Net Café / Anonymous ID
Spider-Man! Do you know me?
[Video] Net Café / Anonymous ID
...No? Which, when you think about it, is probably a good thing.
I mean, most of the people I'd recognize from home are either complete psychopaths, or the ones getting attacked by complete psychopaths.
[Granted, depending on how good Miles is at making height estimates, he might notice this particular Spidey is definitely smaller than the last one from another universe he ran into. Every kedan in the café is obviously taller than he is.]

I'm not the greatest seamstress in the world, but I could give it a shot.
