[The video feed turns on to flowers. Flowers in boquets. Flowers in vases. some flowers clearly set aside for other purposes. Flowers on tribbles. Flower crowns and leis on a swizard who looks way too pleased with herself. Asbel's suite is full of them, or at least the view from his console, and he looks...well, significantly less frazzled than he had in getting them home, but that's not saying much.]

...So I don't suppose, in the middle of all this, anyone needs some flowers? Flower crowns, boquets, home decoration...anything like that.

[He coughs, faintly, before moving on.]

Actually, on that note, does anyone have any suggestions for what to do with these...? I have way more than I need for seeds or flower tea.

[He pauses and watches a tribble just sit amongst the flowers and coo, and sighs heavily before ending the video.]

I mostly didn't want to talk about it, rather than it actually being long.

I have some that came with me from home...there's a kind of flower, sopherias, that can create a blossomgale if they bloom along enough other flowers. A blossomgale will make it rain and bloom flowers wherever it passes. I thought Keeliai could use the boost, if it works.

Yeah. Kind of obvious on that one.

[Her smile's a touch smug at that. Except, what did he just say?]

Whoa. A flower that messes with the weather?

Yeah. I probably don't have enough right now but they grow quickly, and I can use the seeds to grow more.

[Magic flowers, Ororo. Magic flower weather.]

That is some seriously whacked out horticulture. How's that even work?

I don't actually know...I think it has something to do with the wind eleth, though.

[She's starting to wonder about the nature of the "plants" he's got hanging around. Been smoking any? Making brownies?]

Eleth. It's a kind of energy from home. The different kinds of eleth help make up everything in the world.

[No, Ororo, he's just naturally like this.]
