Find whomever you've switched with and talk to them. It's in their best interests to help you with any abilities or requirements their body has.

I wonder, though, just how much she tied herself up in it and how much one would have to wager of themselves to undo those knots.

If you ask me, the table is already flipped. At the very least, I'd be willing to hear out any ideas you might have, even if she's not.
Buuut talking about yourself in the third person doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

[ People rarely directly call him out on the third person thing, oddly enough. It actually trips him up a little. ]
I might be able to offer some insights, however. Conceptually, these sorts of spells are well within my purview. Are you familiar with the work of Sunnhvatr the Burning? Eighth century Norse mortal that sold his soul to a demon with a terrible sense of humor?
