Video; In which cold weather is clearly the best!
[Everyone gets to see two familiar faces this time, with a couple of twists. Dick (the elder) is sitting down in the chair, wearing a bright red coat with white trim, a hat of the same color, and of course, a beard to match the whole thing. It’s pulled down, though, so you can see his face. And his wonderful assistant, Zatanna, is standing behind him, dressed up like the most beautiful elf there is. They’re both looking pretty happy about this.]
It’s getting cold out! And what does cold mean? Holiday fun, of course. So I, and my amazing elf assistant here, have decided that Santa Claus needs to come to the turtle. [See what he did there? See it? Okay, good.]
And so it is with pleasure that we let everyone know-- [He gets cut off as Zatanna leans forward, and he looks up at her.]
[The fifteen-year-old elf bends down until she's level with his ear, covering her mouth so she could whisper something secretively to him.]
Really?
[She nods, and offers a playful wink.] Trust me. I know a guy who knows the guy personally.
[Dick looks back at the screen, and his voice drops into a perfect, heavy Russian accent.] Is this better?
[She practically has to bite her tongue to keep from bursting out laughing. Impressive. She should've known.] It'll do.
[Dick grins.] I’d like to invite everyone to come over to the Wood sector, where we have a little holiday party going on.
[He stops, laughing and shaking his head. He has to drop the Russian accent.] Okay, I can’t keep that one up, but I tried! Anyway, we’ve got a small thing going on in a café in the Wood sector, with some cakes and gingerbread-ish things, and some hot drinks. And what would Santa be without his...
[He holds up a huge, red velvet-like bag.] Bag, yes! And it is filled with little odds and ends, so there are presents for all!
[Dick sets the bag down, and pulls the beard back up with a grin.] And to all, a good... day? Yeah, that still works. To all, a good day! Remember, café in the Wood sector, we’ll be here awhile!
[ooc: Action is absolutely welcome.]

[And with their powers combined...it's Christmas Magic~]
video;
[He is teasing, but he does smile a little more fondly as he says that.]
I guess we could use a bit more cheer, too. But do we all have to dress up?
video;
And no, you don't have to dress up if you don't want to. Though we wouldn't say 'no' if you did want to. Just try not to show us up, deal?
video;
[Okay, Tony does laugh at that.] What would I have to dress up in to show you two up? I get the feeling I'd need to come in something lighter to impress anyone.
video;
We bypassed on the lights and sequins this time around.
video;
[Although is that really a good idea? Tony smirks, because the only thing they are really missing are fireworks.]
video;
[Bring it]
video > action
[He's grinning now, because this is really just what he needs. A good exercise.]
Give me a few minutes and I'll swing by.
[He says that lightly, and when he waves and disconnects it seems normal enough.
When he shows up, however, it's in the armor. And he flies pretty low when he passes the first time before circling back to fire off some small flares into the sky. Not quite fireworks, but it'll do for the moment.]
action
[Of course, one of the (many) benefits to being in possession of magic powers was the ability to summon certain necessities at a moment's notice. Such as the aforementioned sunglasses, which were green around the rims and rose tinted and totally matched her outfit.]
You've done this before.
action
One or two times. I usually have a lot more on hand, but that's good for a start.
Re: action
That's a relief.
If that's all you had, I would've questioned your endurance. Parties like these tend to last a while, you know.
action
Well, the back up is less fun and games and more "going out with a bang". I'm not sure that's how you want to end your party. I think I can come up with something, though.
[He's teasing just a little, but that's because she's teasing him. It makes everything more fun that way.]

I just didn't see that coming. But I like the beard. That's a great sell.
video;
[But he pulls the beard down.] I was thinking of growing my own, but once I realized it wouldn't be white, I needed to go in a different direction!
video;
[That does get a chuckle out of him.]
Well, you pull off the look pretty well all things considered. Are you going to slide down some chimneys too? If you want, I'll give you my "reindeer". I can't guarantee they'll be all that authentic, though.
video;
[He has to consider this.] They do have chimneys, right? I could do that, it doesn't seem to hard, right? [Like being a chimney sweep ala Burt. Though he was thinking of doing the Batman deal and just appearing in people's homes...]
Do the reindeer fly? Because I am a sucker for flying, and will never pass up the chance.
video;
[Tony looks more than a little amused at the who thing. It's nice to see some people actually enjoying the holidays instead of worrying about how to get home or what will happen to them next. Those are valid concerns, but he knows the value of feeling comfortable too.]
Or go through the windows. That might be easier.
[They were kind of on the same track. Mostly because Tony likes convenience, though.]
If these reindeer fly then we've really got problems. They aren't exactly the spitting image of Rudolph and his pals. You might have to come up with your own ride this year.
video;
You know, windows would work. I know how to pick a lock, I could get that done, no problem. There's no big alarm systems here, right? [He knows about alarm systems, but come on. This is definitely a joke. It's really easier to go through windows though.]
I was really hoping for reindeer, but I guess I can live without. Now how about a sleigh with a rocket on it?
video;
[Tony feels he's entitled to brag at least a little bit. After all, he is a technical genius. He's got plenty of security.]
And a rocket-powered sleigh isn't out of the question. Give me a day or so and I could whip something up for you.
[They are joking, but Tony doesn't sound like he's playing when it comes to that. Building a rocket sleigh would be easy enough.]
video;
So is there better security in the metal sector buildings versus the wood? Because I might need a transfer.
[Oh shit. The rocket sleigh could be real.] No, no, that would just be a waste of parts. Though, if you want to give me the parts and we can just say that the rocket sleigh was made, I wouldn't say no! [Jokingly said.]
video;
[Tony's grin widens at the protest.]
What's Santa without his sleigh? If you aren't into the traditional look, we can update it. Make it a rocket car. Bike?
