Hello there! [Toul is smiling and waving her hand at that screen, moving forward and backward as if testing the way the video adjusted to her position.] I’ve never seen the like of this machine before, but it is quite amazing. To be able to record yourself as you are doing something like this is and let others see you in person is wonderful. I’ve never even heard of such a thing even from the big cities back home.

[Then she stops, ears flicking back and forth for a moment, thoughtful.] I believe I have been brought here for some purpose. I am not certain yet what that exact purpose is, but there is always a purpose to where we come to be, isn’t there? I can’t think of a reason I would be riding the back of a large turtle otherwise. [She laughs softly, because she thinks she is far more amusing than she probably really is.] I have heard there are Reptilia here who need help and I will do my best in whatever way you may need me to.

It is good to meet you all…whoever may be listening!

[And then her eyes widen just a bit before she reaches out and lightly raps the knuckles of her hand to the side of her head.] Oh, yes, how silly of me not even give you my name. Apologies! I am Keymaster Toul—ah well, Apprentice Keymaster, that is. If there is something you need of me, please do not be afraid to seek me out.

If by Reptilia you mean the baby turtles then yes, I'm pretty sure we need all the help we can get with them. I don't know if it's common where you're from but it's the first time I've ever seen turtles of this size.

Though you seem to be taking waking up in a complete different world altogether quite well.

[She laughs, embarrassed.] That is quite a compliment, really. I was very surprised when I first woke up here, as this is very different from what I know of. But the people who helped me were very kind and explained as much as they could.

Until today, I have never heard of a turtle so large you could build a city on it. It's all so exciting.

I hadn't, either. When told me to imagine a 'big turtle' I tried to envision it and all I imagined something like... a dog. An elephant, at the most. And instead I'm told we're living on top of one. And have you been shown around yet? The place isn't tiny by any means.

The baby turtles aren't even a year old and they are already way, way bigger than I am.

I have not received a full tour, if that is what you're asking. I was shown around the area near the Welcome Center, and where I would be staying for my time here. I truly cannot wait to see the children!

[She adores children, for all that she spends so little time around them.]

Raphael... [She says it slowly, because she can be quite forgetful with names and tries hold onto them better in her mind.]

Yes, if you don't mind, I would love to do so. Are you sure I am not imposing on you?

Hardly. [He says with a smile.] I haven't found a job in this place yet, so my days are mostly free.

[His actual work is gathering information, and he isn't going to do that just by staying in his suite. He knows very well that you can't just read and expect everything to come to you.]

Where should we meet?

Oh my, I had not even considered finding a job. [It completely slipped her mind.] I don't know if Keymasters are in great need here.

[Focus, Toul, you do have something else you were doing.]

Apologies, again, I let my mind get away from me for a moment. Could we meet at the Welcome Center? I believe we both know how to get there?

[He doesn't look all that troubled by her spacing out, if anything he looks amused.] Yes, getting there is rather easy. Should we meet there in an hour?

Sadly I don't know what a keymaster does, but if you wish you can explain it to me when we meet and we cold both try to find a suitable job.

They're not even explaining why they're abducting people anymore? It's like they forgot their manners completely.

The reason you're here is because they're a big bad monster that wants to kill everyone and we need to kill it before it does that.

Oh? [He seems a bit angry and she's not sure why until she realized that she didn't explain herself very well.] I think you must have misunderstood me. I apologize for that. I know they brought me here to save the Reptilia from the one who wishes to harm them, but that's a bit different from why I am here myself, isn't it? Life always has a reason for which door opens for you, doesn't it?

[At least that way when something goes wrong he's got no one to blame but himself. Then again he usually does that anyway.]

To be honest I doubt much thought at all goes into who they grab here.

That sounds a lot like something my master would say. [She likes him already.] He never has put much weight on such things. But I would like to believe there is always a reason. Not fate but...well, something similar, perhaps.

Months? That is quite a long time, to be so far from home, I would think. [Which is sad, because she knows what it means to miss home and not be sure you'll be going back soon. But at the same time, it's months of new opportunities!]

I'm sure you've learned a great deal in that time. And so far everyone has been very friendly and helpful. [Then she thinks of something else.] Have you met the Reptilia?

After you've been run out of two or three places you get used to it.

If you mean the turtles, well I've been playing babysitter for one for an age now.

Yes, I do mean them! What are they like? I was amazed to hear there were so many of them here. Turtles are quit scarce where I'm from. [At least where she comes from. She's never actually met many Reptilia at all.]

What is a keymaster, anyway?

It is one of the Mystic Classes. We do quite a bit, really. If you've lost your keys, need a new alarm for your home, or forgotten when you left your cat, I'm more than willing to assist.

How do keys relate to losing a pet?

[The alarms make sense; one who understands keys, understands locks, and Zel knows spells that work to lock as well as how to remove those.]

Unlocking memories is what a Keymaster does as well. [Not that she can actually do much beyond simple things like helping someone recall little things they had forgotten. Anything more advance, she wasn't trained well enough for.]

Yes, you could look at it that way. [She has to pause and think about it then.] I'm not sure exactly how the name Keymaster came about truly, but it's very important. Each class has a very important role in our world--no one more important than another--and the title reflects that.

The others? [She's surprised he's asking so many questions about her world. She had wanted to ask about his instead, but it would be quite rude to change the subject like that.]

Ah, well, there are Weaponmasters, the Elemental Mages, Shields, Bonders, Bards and Engineers.
