[The man in the video is blond and good looking, and thanks to an impromptu shopping trip with Akito he's dressed like a local already. As the video starts up he's muttering something about "backwater" before he settles down and addresses the network.]

Ah, hello. My name is Alistair Krei, though... I don't suppose that means much to most of you out there, does it?

[He frowns for a moment, then shakes his head]

Anyway, I'm looking for some information on the technology here. I had a tablet with me when I arrived, but I don't know enough about the consoles or the rest of the tech here to know if it's possible to interface with them successfully. That said, I'm sure someone's already looked into this--without me having to risk frying my own computer to test it. Anything about the consoles or the general level of technology, or the work being done on them, would be appreciated. For reference, I run a technology company back in San Fransokyo and my own degree is in computer engineering.

[He may not be tech-savvier than it takes to shop around online for headphones, but shutting up, that he can do! Just as long as the guy allows him a couple of false starts.]

I meant that it seems like you've been avoiding me--which I suppose I can't really blame you for, given that we don't even know each other and now we're somehow living together.

Uh - [Didn't he already...? Yosuke finds himself rubbing at his neck. Ugh, he's gotta get with the program if he wants to help with figuring out anything about this place.] S-Same to you! I'm Yosuke Hanamura, if I didn't say that before. Sorry, it's not you, I swear... I've just spent most of this week trying to wrap my head around the whole thing.

[In any case, there's no call for getting all quizzical here! Maybe it was the way he said it, but it wasn't a strange suggestion in his head! He tries again.] All I meant was, I don't think I can help with anything worse than a cash register. So if you need some space later on, I don't mind.

[He does, actually, but it seems more likely to come up than a relatively normal-sounding computer engineer needing anything to be blown through a wall.]

I believe you may have mentioned your name briefly, before fleeing the vicinity. No hard feelings, though. I can't say I've ever woken up on the back of a giant turtle before all of this either.

[He smiles.]

I... thank you. [He thinks? This boy is so flaily it's a little hard to follow his train of thought.] Out of curiosity, have you found employment in the city?

Huh? Oh, that - I actually meant - [Ugh, but who cares about places like Junes when they're all literally a world away? He forges on.] Well, there was the guy at the store across from here who said I could pitch in with stocking tomorrow... so long as no one caught me out front. [He scratches his chin.] Other than them, it's been kind of rough going, honestly. I'm still asking around, but I swear half of them just glare at you. ...Uh, is there a problem with that?
