01st Strike | Audio
[Ever since arriving, Bruce has spent the better part his time here trying to decide how best to handle this situation. He's long since shed his costume and put it away on the lower floor of his suite. Best not to put that on for a while. After, he combed through the suite (yes in his underwear) and tried his radio with no success.
That's when he spots the console.
When Bruce activates the voice function on his console, he's putting away the Batman voice, in order to sound as innocuous as possible. He has no civilian clothes and he would really rather not have the Batman associated with him. It's bad enough the kedan saw him in costume. He needed to put some distance between himself and the suit as quickly as possible.]
My name is Bruce and it seems I've lost my shorts in the water. [Embarrassed laugh.] Would someone mind letting me know where I could find some clothes?

Wait.
What?]
That's the first time I've heard of that.

[Hi, hello. Who are you?]

Even when Bruce is keeping up his playboy billionaire cover, there's always a familiarity in his voice when he speaks to Dick. And it's not there.
In any other situation, he'd switch to video. But clearly it's a bad idea right now.]
Guess so.
Anyway, welcome aboard the S.S. Flying Turtle.

There's a lot of - clothes shops in Earth Sector. Where are you?

I believe they said this was the Metal sector.

[The sound of his voice is the same to his ears, but there's something still... off. Still different. Which isn't surprising, the Bruce already living on the turtle was from his world, it stands to reason if another one was to appear he would be from a different one.
Dick and Zatanna's world, maybe?]
It's Clark. I can bring you some clothes if nobody has offered, but mine would probably be too big for you.
Audio;
[Bruce is most familiar with Clark through the newspaper. But he doesn't know him personally or has yet to even meet him face-to-face.]
I'm sorry, I don't know a Clark.

This is the story of how Bruce doesn't have a very high opinion of his alternates (he's met enough to know) and is a jackass simultaneously.
So he's just going to... stalk this post like a creeper. Don't mind him, mini!Bruce.]
[not here]
All of this attention is going to make Mini!Bruce intend to lay as low as possible.]

Okay. Not her Bruce. Even before the other responses, not her Bruce.
And now her head hurts. A lot.]
You're a lucky man, Bruce. If my colleague back home, Cat Grant, were here, you'd have to start guarding against further and unceasing interest in future lost shorts. Even Vale's not that bad.
no subject
This earns her a laugh.]
I'm not sure I'd call it luck.
[ audio ]
[ He's not exactly offering; he's just trying to offer a very obvious solution, 'cause he's special like that. ]
[ audio ]
[At least he's not claiming to know Bruce.]

You're a long way from home, Mr. Wayne.
[SO WEIRD CALLING BRUCE THAT. He actually almost stumbles over the words.]

Well, I've been meaning to take a vacation.
