[Kal-El seems to be posting from a cafe in the water sector, judging by his surroundings. A cafe that has seen better days. Kal's face makes it obvious he wasn't expecting the cafe to be in such a state when he got there, seeing all this go on without being able to help is really hitting him hard.]

Superman here. I'm aware the rationing is the hot topic nowadays but there isn't... much I can do about that. I will do my best to help out Roger's food bank and if anyone needs me to do so don't hesitate to contact me but for now you will have to forgive me for deviating from the topic.

This last month I have noticed a lot of foreigners that happened to have powers with them that were... not sure what to do with them at best, outright scared of them at worse. I want to help with that.

I am a super-powered being myself, we are called 'metahumans' in my world. I was thinking maybe there should be some kind of... way for us to meet, to talk about our problems. To train each other if our powers are similar, to help us out when it's needed. I'm not sure where I was going with this but that... well, that was my suggestion.

You have already been trained, so would you be willing to help out any metas that might have a similar powerset as yours?

It is perfectly fine, Superman. Worlds merge and meld here easily, but I cannot expect everyone here to know who I am. I am still willing to help in any way I can. My skills may be in sorcery and combat, but there are basics that can be used to help focus those who still need to learn fine control.

Sorcery? [Kal raises an eyebrow- he doesn't mean to sound distrustful, but Kal and magic have never meshed well.]

[Kaldur wonders for a minute at the reaction, but from what he knows of Arthur's discussion of sorcery in his Atlantis perhaps it is not so surprising. The other League members are likely aware of the situation as much as he would let them.]

It gives up the ability to adapt to the water in which we live and to control it to some extent. Queen Mera is far more adept at it than I.

Hydrokinesis, then? [That's the closest way he has to describe Mera's powers.]

Not surprising if you're part of Arthur's family. And useful when we're surrounded by water.

[Kaldur avoids being impolite by pointing out that everyone is "family" to the Royal Family. It is why the people of Atlantis care for them so.]

I assure you that accessibility to water was taken into consideration when I first began working with my King on the surface. [Not that he is going to outright state he carries around a containment unit of water to use.]

[One of the reasons Arthur and Kal tend to butt heads is Arthur's views on monarchy so no, it wouldn't be wise.]
