Have you never been to a public hanging? It's a family event. The children grow to be just as disgusting as the whores and whoresons they were birthed from. [ Shrug ] After so many thousands of years, one can only assume it's genetic.

But the Emperor did not birth the kedan. Certainly not when she isn't kedan herself. [ And didn't answer on whether she was put on the throne by the kedan or it was a hostile take over :T he has his own suspicions on that. ]
