How high does the tech run here?

far as tech goes, its hit and miss, just like everything else. older versions of cars and motorcycles, from like hundreds of years ago for me. dunno about for you.

and no. can safely say i didnt expect to spend a vacation with the blue man group

Regular joes like me don't see their share of live action blue/green tinted guys a lot, aside from pictures in the newspapers or on the tv.

Being from the metal district, I can confidently say that the tech is somewhat lacking and old fashioned.

The locals are odd. I can't say I trust them given they won't answer questions. And they're a little too eager to accommodate us. So I suppose I am a little freaked out by them.

It's an innocent duology of words. Harmless. But it's also loaded with meaning where Bruce is from.

The technology is reflective of 1990's America in the Metal and Fire district, and somewhat lower in the others. The locals aren't particularly off-putting compared with how they could be. Anything else?
