[ So the question Wally really wanted to ask here, after having been settled in his suite by those lovely, if odd-looking things that brought him from some palace, was- did they really expect him to buy the whole "in-between life and death" thing? This felt way too real, compared to that time he had been stuck in the Helm of Fate, even though he could feel pain in that instance.
If this was something remotely like that place inside the Helm, anyway, it was a lot better decorated. Empty blue space could get really old, really fast.
Still. He wasn't too impressed with the story as it was told to him, and he figured he'd test the waters on this network. ]
So, introductions are in order. Name's Wally West. I'm sixteen years old and from Central City. [ ASL, much? ]
Anyone want to tell me how far we gotta row a boat out til we hit the studio door? [ As if this were a movie about some reality TV show, obviously. Seriously, though, he was rolling his eyes a bit. It probably didn't help that the last thing he could remember before arriving here was a mission going sour due to someone's insecurities. Duplicity, which he figured was being dished out here, was not doing anything to make his mood any better. ]

[She, on the other hand, was dishing out the sarcasm in waves.]
About four months, give or take. When I got here, it was November.
Zee, November was just a few days ago. Don't you remember Rob's birthday- the kiss? [ And someone wasn't picking up on the possible time differences, yet. ]
[...]
[...please, tell her more about this kiss.]
The kiss? Robin's birthday? I told you all about it and it was his birthday gift. Don't you remember the look on his face?
Wally, the last thing I remember before I came here, we were all right in the middle of getting our butts handed to us by Klarion.
I don't even know when Robin's birthday is.
What- Was going on here, then? Cue the headscratching. Wait- someone had mentioned pocket dimension, so- ]
There's weird stuff going on with time, isn't there? [ A little hard to believe, but why the heck would Zee pull a joke about something from all the way back then? ]
Got it in one.
Whatever magic was used to bring us here--[That's right, she used the M word. DWI.]--either has really terrible aim, or keeps picking us up at random. So far, Robin's and my memories are the only ones that match up.
[Meaning Aqualad was from a different point as well.]
He's just. Not going to make mention of it right now and move on to the important stuff. ]
So the fight against Klarion, okay. Guess I've got a few stories to tell you guys one day, huh?
[Story time is never complete without the popcorn!]
Speaking of getting together, where'd they put you this time? [...oops, did she say that last part aloud?]
They've got me in WO-2C- [ Wait. Did she say- ]
...This time?
[video] - Private (ENCRYPTION 100%)
[Oh, well. He was going to find out eventually. If not from her, than from somebody else who'd known him at the time.]
[Still, just to be on the safe side, she switches over to a strong Private Encyption. Depending upon how well he's paying attention, Wally may notice the security levels are far more advanced than one might expect from your average teen (magic) girl.]
Okay, so you're not too far. I'm in WO-3A.
So, remember when you said something about time going all non-linear and warped on us? [Slightly paraphrased, of course.] Well...it's worse than you might think: you were actually here before any of us. For a while. Then you went back home.
And no, I don't know how.
[video] - Private (ENCRYPTION 100%)
...
Zee? What the heck are you talking about? ]
Say what?
[video] - Private (ENCRYPTION 100%)
I said you've been here before. You-you, and not just you from another dimension or something. [Because that cleared things up perfectly.] You knew who I was, and you were telling me about things happening all the way up to...New Years, I think? Sometime in the end of December.
Does this mean you really don't remember?
[video] - Private (ENCRYPTION 100%)
Science-fiction saturated brain is trying to figure out how that goes and-
Nothin'. He just shrugs. ]
Nuh-uh. Last thing I remember's the beginning of December.
[video] - Private (ENCRYPTION 100%)
[She's almost certain he'd remembered more than that the last time he was here. Where did the rest of those memories go?]
Well, that still puts you ahead of us. I'd say try to keep the spoilers for a minimum, but something tells me you've already let a pretty good one slip.
[video] - Private (ENCRYPTION 100%)
[ Pause. ]
I didn't already do that, did I?
[video] - Private (ENCRYPTION 100%)
[Just saying.]
[...well, hopefully not the part about the Helmet and her Father. She still had hope that Robin would be able to talk him out of it
ifwhen he made it back.][video] - Private (ENCRYPTION 100%)
I hope we don't start fading out of existence or something. [ Like one of his movies. You know, that one movie with the DeLorean? ]
