Ah, hello. Y’all really know how to make a girl feel welcome, don’t you? The view in this place… it’s fantastic. _{( They obviously can’t see the view, but she’s sitting on one of the upper levels in an apartment in the Wood Sector. The view is fantastic. )}

Everyone’s been real helpful, so far, but there’s something I need that I couldn’t ask the tour guides about… not without explaining, at least.

I need some other clothes. Anything long, with sleeves… and gloves. I’d get it myself, but. I can’t. I know there’s a market near here, and if you’re willing I’ll give you my size and…

If you could bring it here, where it’s less crowded, it’d be better. I’ll pay you back, help you out with something if you need it. And I’d be real grateful.

Not hard for me. <sub>( She insists, on that point. Memory’s such a strange thing for her, a blur of different people’s experiences and her own. Talking about things helps her keep them straight, really. But she also knows how difficult it can be to suddenly know, to feel and experience many things all at once. It isn’t pleasant, it isn’t kind. It’s hard and straining and it can break a person.

Telling someone a story isn’t quite the same thing. But something that concerns them so intimately may as well be. It could be equally traumatizing. )</sub>

[A thin smile.] I figure a few weeks of nice weather'd be a good offer to start.
