Well that's. Quite a story- I have never heard of 'professional bending' though, and I bet a lot of foreigners that don't come from your world haven't either.

Would you like to explain what is it about on air?

Are you kidding? Half the people I've talked to lose interest when I try to just explain the rules.

I've been trying to think some kind of sport that everyone can play, but it's not easy since we have superheroes, benders, angels, and turtles. And no offense, but that makes it even harder to work in guys like you and Mark.

Lois is my wife, she's a star reporter. She and I are working on the radio thing together.

Yeah, so far the only sport I’ve been a part of is mahjong on the network. Not that many people play, but it’s nice when they do.

We started working at the same newspaper, we actually were extremely competitive with each other at first.

We have 'planes', which I'm guessing it's more or less the same idea. And yes, we do fly around a lot which is why I know a couple languages. I had to get around.

Oh, right. I forgot they’re not called airships there. My neighbor Arthur said he was on a plane before arriving here on Tu Vishan.

It’s so weird to think there were so many language on one planet. Back home everyone pretty much just spoke the one.

Can I ask how long you two have been married?

We do have something called airship, but we usually call it zeppelin and it's not used to transport a lot of people.

And we have been married for more than 15 years. And if it's up to me it will last at least 15 more.

It's complicated, but basically hot air weights less than cold air so it stays afloat.

...No, we haven't. We're just- we're busy people, it wouldn't be fair to the kids. We did have... an adopted kid for a while, once. But his- his biological parents eventually claimed him back.
