Or rather she knew he was, but she didn't know Phantom was. And then talking her into a rescue mission to stop his arch-enemy from dissolving his kid sister/cousin of a girl clone into ectoplasm.

Uh, it was just a bad week in general. You know, failed a test. Got shoved into my locker by the school bully. Mom decided to go into another experimental cooking phase.
