Other than that, does anyone know if there’s a dance club around here or something? I had a look around myself, but maybe someone who’s been here longer can help. There’s gotta be some place teenagers can go to let loose, right? [She winks, and reaches forward to turn off the camera when something else appears to occur to her]

[So, even if she hadn't seen Vanessa reply - Annabeth remembers the other girl mentioning the name 'Catty.' In conjecture with her being dead. So maybe the next bit isn't the most tactful of initial responses, but she needs to correct it anyway.] It's not necessarily the afterlife. More of an in-between. [It wouldn't be the first time someone who was supposed to be dead in their homes showed up here, and there's no telling if Catty is even in that position.]

As for clothes, the Earth Sector's main source of revenue is textiles. Jeans are probably a little hard to come by, though.
