[There’s an awkward pause before she says her name. The cadence in her words is a bit off, a combination of never using the network before (or not that she can recall) and the unknown expectation of who will answer.]

Some of you may know me, I guess?

[Guh, she hates trying to cover it and just tackles the heart of the message.]

Look. I can’t remember anything since I was ghosted. [Or whatever the hell people are calling it.] Not this city, this turtle, or anyone.

But a doctor said that if I just hang around familiar things and people, even scents, then it might help me remember some things. I just, can’t force myself to remember them. So if you recognize me or know something else that could help I’d be grateful.

Arthur. [A low repeat as she tries to place it, but it’s impossible to do when it’s all blank.]

Does that mean you and I work at the Jack Fishing Shop? [It’s the only name she knows it by when Julie told her about it.]

[Those who've lost a sense can use other people's help to learn how to deal with it. A blind person learns how to see with their other senses, a mute one learns to speak with their hands.

But how is he supposed to help those who've lost memories? It's like losing a part of themselves, lie losing their identity. And Clark knows first hand how annoying that can be.]

[When her attempts at digging for any recognition fail, yet again, Korra gives an apologetic smile/grimace.]

Well, it’s nice to meet you Stiles. I don’t know who Jaime is. [Or even a tamale for that matter.]

I did? [Complete guilt for not knowing that.] The only thing I can remember how to use is bending. Do you know about that?

We had a similar arrival here, in that we've both been told that we were here previously but had no memory of those facts. And you have abilities to manipulate the natural elements themselves. You did show me that once.

Hey Julie! I’m trying to see if anything will jog my memory like Doctor McCoy suggested. Nothing yet, but I’m meeting some new people. Again. [She guesses.]

Maybe you could ask him about your sight? He said for people to stop by the clinic if anyone was having trouble after the ghosting. [Wherever that was.]

[Jack had warned her ahead of time, so Zatanna was fairly well prepared to hear it from Korra herself. There was still a twinge of sadness at the thought of her friend having lost so many memories...particularly those of her...but she pushed those aside and forced a warm smile in an attempt to help.]

Hey, Korra. I'm Zatanna, but my friends call me Zee.

Wow, that’s quite a name. [She’s heard a few, but that one’s a doozy.]

What did we race on? [The first thing that comes to her mind is two polar bear dogs running around the turtle.]

[After a moment of looking at his face and the arrow tattoo, she just gave up trying to remember anything. Dr. McCoy told her not to force it.]

Did we know each other? [Why he looks so…sad doesn’t make any sense to her. So far everyone’s been all smiles.]

I'm sorry to hear that. [He's a nurse, yes, but these things aren't really his specialty...] I don't know you, but if you ever need help I can try to give it. I know somebody who experienced something like that before.

My name is Barnaby Brooks Jr. We haven't formally met before now, so I'm afraid I can't be of much assistance.

[Although Barnaby wouldn't describe himself as an empathetic person, he knows all too well how disorienting it feels to not know where you are, or the people you once called friends.]

If you find out who you were close to before your memory loss, you may have a little luck. Spending extra time with them might jog an unexpected memory.

[Then a wild thought struck her. What if this was her mother? But it was cleared out instantly by remembering that Mako had said none of her family was here.]
